Pirates of the Caribbean movies are a thrill-a-minute. But if you want to add some real excitement to your life, become a “Parent of the Caribbean,” and convert your minivan into a pirate schooner. The new Web site, www.PirateParenting.com, provides the details. PirateParenting.com is the companion site to the new book, CAP’N BILLY “THE BUTCHER” MACDOUGALL’S GUIDE TO PIRATE PARENTING: Why you should raise your kids as pirates and 101 tips on how to do it. Why convert your minivan? Many parents don’t live near the ocean. Cap’n Billy’s solution is to turn your minivan into a pirate schooner--a land-based pirate training vehicle. After your minivan is converted, your drive time can be spent wisely on naval training, and the commute to your son’s soccer game can become a 15-minute exercise in ship navigation or artillery practice.

PirateParenting.com also includes Cap’n Billy’s random pirate schooner name generator, which provides suitable names, such as The Filthy Chum Swiller, The Bloodthirsty Cream Puff and The Rude Clownfish.
