Cattleman's Beef Association Launches Mad Cow Disease Info Site
The National Cattleman's Beef Association wants to make sure consumers get the message that the
domestic beef supply is safe. The association has launched a Web site that
addresses issues related to mad cow disease, formally known as bovine spongiform
encephalopathy, or BSE.
